Killer Instincts began (as all sensible business ideas do!) on a family holiday in August 2024, over a few holiday drinks.

We’re Alice and Gemma: sisters-in-law bonded by a shared love of true crime, storytelling and the thrill of solving a really good mystery. After spending countless evenings playing case-file games, one of us finally said, “Should we just create our own?” Instead of forgetting about it by morning… we actually did.

We wanted to create more than a collection of clues. Each Killer Instincts case places you at the heart of a completely new investigation, with its own distinctive story and atmosphere from glamorous masquerades and the competitive worlds of ballet and music, to chilling Halloween legends and festive mysteries. Every case is brought to life through immersive evidence, carefully curated playlists and exclusive end-of-case video reveals.

More than anything, we genuinely love creating the stories, characters and twists behind every investigation. Each new idea makes us even more excited than the last and we hope you feel exactly the same.
